Terms of Service

Submission Guidelines

By submitting your music to Inount, you agree to the following terms:

• You own all rights to the music you submit
• Your submission is original and not plagiarized
• You have not signed an exclusive agreement with another label
• All credits (production, writing, features) are properly cleared

Ownership

Artists retain full ownership of their music. Inount does not require exclusive rights. We operate as a distribution and marketing partner—artists keep their masters.

Revenue Share

For signed artists, we operate on an 80/20 split:

• 75% to the artist
• 25% to Inount

Specific terms are outlined in individual distribution agreements.

Non-Exclusive

Our distribution agreements are non-exclusive. Artists are free to work with other labels or distributors at any time.

Review Process

We review submissions within 5 business days. Not all submissions will be accepted—we partner with artists whose vision aligns with ours.
